Hand-harvested from the Mediterranean coast of Cyprus, Foodscout Flake Sea Salt is especially smoked over Canadian hickory wood. Handmade small batch production yields a robust smokey flavour, with the unmistakable scent of hickory.

The smokiest of Foodscout’s smoked salts, reminiscent of a night by the campfire.
