Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt


 Hand-harvested from the Mediterranean coast of Cyprus, Foodscout Flake Sea Salt is especially smoked over Canadian cherry wood. Handmade small batch production yields a robust fruity & smokey flavour, with the unmistakable scent of cherry wood.

The mildest of Foodscout’s smoked salts with a sweetness reminiscent of spring blossoms. Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt is perfect for when you want to add a curious hint of smoke to any dish. 

Food suggestions: Poultry, seafood, vegetables, lighter Asian dishes and anything else you’d pair with a crisp white wine.
